JinggaWeb Privacy Notice
JinggaWeb is a branded service by Orangesoft Sdn Bhd. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request a free demo or use our managed website service.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- your name, work email, business name, country and optional contact details;
- your business brief, audience, goals, brand preferences and plan interest;
- links to branding, copy, images or other materials you choose to share;
- messages, feedback, change requests and subscription records; and
- basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, which hosting providers may process for security and delivery.
2. How we use information
We use information to assess your brief, communicate with you, generate and review your demo, provide the website subscription, manage requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
3. AI-assisted processing
We may use AI-assisted tools to help interpret briefs, explore visual direction, draft content or produce website code. Human review remains part of our delivery process. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal data in your brief or asset link.
4. Service providers and international processing
We may use hosting, form-processing, cloud storage, email, domain, payment, analytics and AI service providers. These providers process information for us under their own security and contractual arrangements and may operate in countries other than yours.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business restructuring.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our hosting provider may use essential technologies and server logs to deliver and protect the site. JinggaWeb also offers an optional Google Analytics 4 measurement service so we can understand page visits, general device information and how visitors move through the website.
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. We do not enable advertising storage, Google Signals or ad-personalisation features. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using the Analytics preferences control in the page footer.
6. Retention
We keep unsuccessful demo enquiries and supplied materials only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, prevent abuse and improve the service, normally no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Active customer information is kept for the duration of the service and afterward where needed for legal, tax, dispute or security purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use share links with appropriate access settings and remove access when it is no longer needed.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Children
JinggaWeb is a business service and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about children through the brief form.
