What does “unlimited changes” mean?
You may keep sending standard change requests while subscribed. Requests stay in one queue, we work on one active request at a time, and we have up to three working days to attend to each one. Larger additions or new functionality are Custom work.

What counts as three working days?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by JinggaWeb. The clock begins once we have a complete brief or a clear change request and all required assets.
