JinggaWeb Service Terms
These terms explain the free demo and managed website subscription offered under the JinggaWeb brand by Orangesoft Sdn Bhd. By submitting a brief or starting a paid subscription, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.
1. The free homepage demo
- The free demo is one generated-to-order homepage concept based on the complete brief and brand materials you provide.
- Our target is to provide the private demo within three working days after we confirm that the brief is complete and suitable for the standard service.
- The free demo includes no pre-subscription revisions, source-file handoff, hosting on your domain or public launch.
- The private preview may be removed 14 days after delivery.
- We may decline or redirect briefs involving prohibited content, unavailable capacity, unclear rights, or requirements that belong in a Custom plan.
2. Standard subscription scope
The standard subscription is designed for a straightforward static business website. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, it includes:
- up to five static pages in one language;
- customer-supplied copy, images, logos and business information;
- responsive implementation, deployment, managed hosting and SSL;
- basic technical SEO, metadata, structured data, sitemap and social-sharing setup;
- straightforward contact forms, email, telephone, messaging or location actions; and
- standard change requests under the queue described below.
Online stores, payments, bookings, accounts, databases, complex integrations, additional languages, large content migrations, major redesigns and similar requirements are outside the standard subscription and require a separately agreed Custom plan.
3. Fees and billing
The Website plan is USD $14 per month and excludes a domain. The Website + Domain plan is USD $19 per month and includes one eligible standard domain. Fees are billed monthly in advance. Taxes, payment-processing requirements and separately approved Custom work may be added where applicable.
We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to ongoing subscription pricing. A price change does not remove your right to cancel under section 8.
4. Domain names
The USD $19 plan is limited to an available, non-premium domain extension that JinggaWeb supports. Premium names, unusually priced extensions, aftermarket purchases, brokerage, transfer charges and restoration fees are not included unless agreed separately.
If we manage a new domain, you must provide accurate registration details and cooperate with verification requests. We cannot guarantee availability or prevent a third party from registering a name before registration completes. Existing domains remain under their current ownership and registrar arrangements.
When a subscription ends, any domain transfer is subject to full payment, registry and registrar eligibility, mandatory transfer locks, customer cooperation and applicable third-party fees. We may stop managing or renewing the domain after the service ends.
5. Change requests and working days
You may submit unlimited queued standard change requests while your subscription is active. We handle one active request at a time and have up to three working days to attend to each clear request after receiving all required content and assets. “Attend to” means reviewing and beginning or responding to the request; complex requests may take longer.
Standard changes are contained edits to existing text, images, links or sections. New functionality, major page additions, redesigns and requests requiring substantial research or production are assessed as Custom work before they begin.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed by JinggaWeb.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to all material you provide. You must not submit confidential personal data, malware, misleading claims, infringing material or content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful. You are also responsible for reviewing the site, supplying timely feedback and keeping your business information current.
7. Intellectual property and AI-assisted production
Your pre-existing branding, copy, images and other supplied materials remain yours or your licensors’. JinggaWeb and its suppliers retain their pre-existing tools, methods, reusable production systems, code libraries and know-how.
The managed website is provided for use during an active subscription. Source files, production tooling and standalone code ownership are not included unless agreed separately in writing. We may use AI-assisted tools as part of design and production, with human review before delivery.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by giving 14 days’ written notice. The service remains available through the applicable paid period, after which we may take the website offline and stop hosting, maintenance and domain management. Fees already paid are not refundable for a partial period unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
9. Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Hosting providers, registrars, form processors, internet infrastructure and other third parties may experience outages, change their services or impose restrictions outside our control.
10. No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, regulatory approval or any particular business result. You remain responsible for your commercial decisions, legal compliance and the claims made on your website.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JinggaWeb and Orangesoft Sdn Bhd are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the standard subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated with reasonable notice.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Questions or notices can be sent through the JinggaWeb enquiry form.
