What managed website service means

Launching a website is not the final task. Contact details change, services evolve, teams grow and offers need updating. A managed website service keeps those ordinary changes from becoming a new technical project each time.

JinggaWeb remains responsible for hosting, deployment and the technical delivery of the standard website. You send the content or change request; we assess it, clarify anything missing and place it in the queue.

Important distinction

Unlimited requests means unlimited items in the queue—not unlimited simultaneous production. One active request keeps priorities visible and the low monthly price sustainable.

Standard requests

The contained changes most business websites need.

01

Text and details

Update service descriptions, prices, opening hours, contact details or calls to action.

02

Images and proof

Replace supplied photos, logos, certifications, testimonials or simple visual assets.

03

Links and actions

Change telephone, email, messaging, map, social or straightforward enquiry links.

04

Existing sections

Add, remove or rearrange contained blocks within the agreed website structure.

05

Search visibility upkeep

Keep page titles, search summaries and site information aligned when your content changes.

+

Custom assessment

New systems, extensive pages or major redesigns are scoped before work begins.

A transparent queue

How each change request moves.

StageWhat happensWhat we need from you
SubmittedThe request enters your queue with the supplied text, images and instructions.A clear outcome and all required assets.
ReviewedWe confirm whether it is standard work, needs clarification or belongs in Custom.Timely answers if anything is unclear.
ActiveOne request is attended to at a time, normally within three working days.Keep priorities in the preferred order.
CompletedThe update is checked and deployed, then the next queued item can become active.Review and flag any factual correction promptly.

What falls outside standard maintenance

A change becomes Custom when it alters the nature of the website rather than updating the agreed site. Typical examples include:

  • e-commerce, payments or recurring billing;
  • complex booking or scheduling systems;
  • customer accounts, portals or gated content;
  • databases, dashboards and external integrations;
  • full visual redesigns or substantial new page groups; and
  • additional languages or complex content migration.

We explain the boundary before starting chargeable Custom work. See the Custom website service for the next step.

A website should not become another system you have to manage.
