Structured brief
Business context, audience, goals, brand materials and practical limitations come first.
Why JinggaWeb exists
JinggaWeb is a branded service by Orangesoft Sdn Bhd, created to give small businesses a simpler route to a credible, managed website.
A small business can need a professional website without needing a large agency project, a complicated content-management system or another software tool to learn.
Traditional projects often combine a large upfront commitment with separate decisions about hosting, maintenance and future changes. Do-it-yourself builders reduce the cash cost but transfer design, writing and technical decisions back to the business owner.
JinggaWeb takes a third approach: show the customer a generated homepage concept first, then provide the finished static business website as a managed monthly service.
How we work
AI can accelerate exploration and production, but it does not remove the need to understand the customer, check the output or make responsible decisions.
Business context, audience, goals, brand materials and practical limitations come first.
Production tools help explore direction, organise information and create a strong first version quickly.
The result is checked for clarity, consistency, accessibility, technical quality and fit with the brief.
The customer reviews the homepage before choosing whether to subscribe.
Hosting, deployment and ordinary content changes stay with the service after launch.
Requirements outside the affordable standard model are identified and scoped as Custom work.
Generated-to-order does not mean every line of production code or every design principle is invented from nothing. Reliable technical standards should be reused. That is how quality becomes consistent and the subscription remains affordable.
What changes for each customer is the visible direction: the hierarchy, emphasis, composition, colour use, tone and customer journey developed from the brief. We do not ask customers to select a public template and simply replace its logo.
Standardise the parts customers should not have to worry about. Generate the parts that should feel specific to their business.
